NZGBC 5 Green Star Rating
This commercial and industrial site holds a 5,000m² fleet maintenance facility which includes a truck depot, bin storage, offices, car parking, enclosed workshops for maintenance, and New Zealand’s first electric truck conversion workshop.
The facility was the first waste company in Aotearoa to meet the NZGBC’s Green Star Construction & Demolition Waste Reporting Criteria and achieve a Green Star rating of 5.
Jasmax were responsible for the 3,000m2 head office building.
