St Thomas

St Thomas School is located in Auckland and caters for Years 1 to 8 students. The school’s roll of 850+ students shows increasing cultural diversity, with a large number of students speaking more than one language.

This project began with sophisticated master planning, addressing the location of new buildings and the complex staging of around 20 relocatable classrooms. The new building contains a replaced administration block and 12 additional classrooms, completed in 2015. Whilst this construction took place, it was necessary to also design and provide a relocatable classroom village for the school to remain sufficiently operational.
