The Saatchi & Saatchi building is an iconic heritage building featuring a mix of wooden floors, timber trusses and exposed brick throughout. The building was originally built in 1911 and is occupied by various creative agencies and design showrooms.
The main works involved a full seismic upgrade to the aging building, redesign of the atrium to activate the core and create a social hub, and the relocation of an existing café to ground level.
