Opua Apartments

The project involved the completion of a new mixed-used development overlooking the Opua Marina. Retail and dining are located at ground with apartment living on the first floor.

The three joined gables reference the typology of the boat shed, many of which occupy the surrounding area. Balconies make the most of the sea views and breeze, additionally providing shelter for a walkway around the retail/dining/office space below.
