Ngāwhā Innovation & Enterprise Park - Regent Training Centre

Part of the Ngāwhā Innovation & Enterprise Park, the Regent Training Centre provides a new learning pathway for local students in Automative, Building and Health & Fitness courses. Designed for around 75 students, the building incorporates three classrooms, a large workshop, and lunchroom, as well as staff facilities. The 569sqm workshop allows for students to build multiple three-bedroom houses at a time, working together across different stages of construction. 

The warm, timber-clad entrance unites the building with the others in the park.  A North-Western courtyard extends from the lunchroom to let students make the most of a sunny break outdoors.
