For this project, Eclipse was engaged by Auckland Airport to develop a purpose-built facility for Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest company, Fonterra Brands Limited.
A 16,000m² warehouse was designed around the complex requirements of chillers, a cool store and ambient storage, accommodating multiple inward and outward docks. A 500m² office is angled away from the warehouse to align with the street front, providing a courtyard space between the two buildings. The warehouse and office fitout were integrated from a separate commission by the tenant.
