The scope of the project included demolition of the rear portion of Craigweil House and extension to provide for additional hospital beds, construction of a new adjacent wing to provide for additional hospital beds, construction of a second new wing to provide for a dementia unit and associated building services and built-in fittings + associated site services and site works.
