This distribution centre for Bunnings is centred around a 20,000m² warehouse flanked by two large canopies and loading yard areas. A 250m² office addresses Te Kapua Road and opens onto a north facing courtyard, providing both an engaging street frontage and a welcoming resting area for staff. The main warehouse was carefully designed with a sawtooth roof and central gutter to avoid the need for internal ceilings.
